How JBSCC handles seller operations data.
Effective date: August 20, 2026
JBSCC Shop Operations Connector processes seller-authorized marketplace and internal operations data for order management, inventory synchronization, return handling, and daily reconciliation.
Data we process
- Seller account identifiers and authorization metadata required to connect a store.
- Order numbers, order status, item SKU, item quantity, shipping status, cancellation status, refund status, and return status.
- Inventory records including SKU, warehouse mapping, stock quantity, and synchronization result.
- Operational logs for webhook delivery, retry attempts, reconciliation checks, and administrator actions.
Purpose of processing
Data is used only to support authorized seller operations: creating or updating internal sales orders, maintaining stock accuracy, reviewing after-sales events, and reconciling marketplace records with local systems.
Security controls
- Public endpoints are served over HTTPS.
- Access to production services is limited to authorized operators.
- Integration events are processed with idempotent identifiers to reduce duplicate changes.
- Access tokens and integration secrets are intended to be stored in server-side configuration, not in browser storage.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained only for business operations, audit, troubleshooting, and compliance needs. Sellers may request disconnection or deletion of records by contacting support.
