Terms for using the JBSCC operations connector.

Service scope

JBSCC provides tools for seller order processing, inventory synchronization, return tracking, and reconciliation. Marketplace API access requires seller authorization and platform approval.

User responsibilities

Users must have authority to connect the seller stores they manage.
Users are responsible for checking SKU, warehouse, and stock mappings before enabling stock updates.
Users must not use the service to access data from stores they do not own or manage.

Operational limits

JBSCC does not guarantee that every external platform request will succeed. API availability, authorization status, rate limits, and platform review decisions are controlled by the relevant platform.

Independent application

JBSCC is an independent seller operations application and is not an official Shopee website. Shopee trademarks belong to their respective owner.
